Job Summary
Teladoc Health is seeking a Principal Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of healthcare data architectures. The role requires extensive experience in data architecture, particularly in healthcare analytics, and proficiency in Snowflake and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of data architecture experience
- 3+ years in healthcare analytics
- Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake data warehouse design and optimization
- Advanced Power BI development skills
- Strong background in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED)
- Experience with modern data integration tools and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITECH)
- Proven track record of leading large-scale data architecture projects
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare industry certifications (HIPAA, CAHIMS, CPHIMS)
- Experience with clinical data repositories and population health analytics
- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics platforms
- Familiarity with value-based care and quality reporting requirements
