Job Summary
Lead end-to-end data and AI product initiatives for enterprise-scale solutions. Define and drive multi-team delivery, translate user needs into detailed specs, and prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact. Engage with customers to gather feedback and inform roadmap while maintaining data privacy, security, and ethical considerations. Mentor Product Managers, stay ahead of trends in data science, ML, and AI, and collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing to deliver meaningful, data-driven software experiences. Requires 10-12+ years of leadership in data/AI product roles, strong technical fluency, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 10-12+ years of progressive product leadership experience
- Strong understanding of data science principles, ML algorithms, and AI technologies
- Experience with data platforms and large datasets (cloud-based)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience collaborating with data/AI-focused tech companies or RevTech leaders
