Job Summary

Principal, CXO Business Operations leader serving as the central operational force multiplier and strategic partner for the CXO Leadership Team. This high-visibility, individual-contributor role orchestrates leadership alignment, breaks down departmental silos, and translates a collective vision into flawless global execution. You will ensure cross-functional priorities are executed, the global CX and Operations organization runs at peak efficiency, and strategic initiatives are prioritized and resourced across Service Delivery, CXO Shared Services, Premium Services, Payment Processing, and other CXO pillars. Responsibilities include facilitating long-range strategic planning with the CXO LT, driving cross-functional collaboration, designing and leading high-stakes discussions and governance cadences (OKRs/KPIs, quarterly and annual goals), preparing executive communications for MBRS/QBRs and board presentations, and partnering with HR and CXO LT to foster a high-performance culture. Requirements emphasize extensive senior-level program management, experience shaping corporate strategy in fast-growth environments, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable executive narratives. Required Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations (BizOps), Corporate Strategy, or senior program management supporting executive teams
  • Experience navigating complex transformations and driving alignment among senior executives within high-growth, mid-to-large-scale global organizations
  • Proven ability to run complex strategic planning frameworks, balance short-term operational fires with long-term goals, and make high-stakes prioritization trade-offs
  • Strong program management methodologies and large-scale project governance
  • Comfortable analyzing CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, SLA, Cost-to-Serve) and conveying executive-level narratives from data
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to draft cohesive internal and external communications for leadership
  • Strong emotional intelligence, political savvy, and discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to influence cross-functional peers and directors without direct reporting authority
  • Experience with Customer Experience, Customer Success, Supply Chain, or related operational domains preferred
