Job Summary
Build the proof engine by developing a proof stack backed by customer evidence, before-and-after product proof, and outcome data like win rate and ramp time. Own customer advocacy by growing a base of references, stories, and champions to turn wins into reusable proof across sales and marketing. Run the voice-of-customer program to capture structured feedback through surveys and councils, feeding insights back into positioning and product. Drive lifecycle and retention by managing onboarding communications, nurture journeys, and webinars that reduce churn and drive adoption. Coordinate customer communications as air traffic control for post-sale messaging, ensuring operational email and product updates remain coherent. Connect proof to revenue motions by deploying evidence in competitive deals, renewals, and expansion conversations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in customer marketing or a closely related discipline
- preferably in B2B SaaS
- track record of operating as a senior individual contributor who owns outcomes end to end
- Experience building reference and advocacy programs
- Experience building customer stories
- Experience building a proof system in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with VoC programs
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle motions
- Hands-on experience with retention motions
- Hands-on experience with customer communication motions
