Job Summary
The Principal Customer Advocacy Manager will establish and nurture strong relationships with customer stakeholders across all levels, partner with customers in the delivery of applications, and educate them on Unqork’s features. They will develop and refine customer advocacy strategies, track renewals, and provide ongoing support post-go-live, including check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews. This role requires 7+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS, proven skills in client relationship management, strong technical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Consulting, Implementation, Sales) within SaaS
- Proven expertise in client relationship management
- Technical aptitude with a strong desire to master the Unqork platform
- Strategic thinker with a solution oriented-minded approach
- Proven track record of creating clear strategic customer success plans
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record of building C-level relationships
- Experience with a LCNC platform
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration skills
- Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
