Job Summary
Prepare weekly and monthly program reports, supporting internal Earned Value Management implementation including variance analysis and monthly EV deliverables. Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and support the monthly forecasting process with stakeholder coordination and Rplan updates. Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership while fulfilling CSDR reporting requirements. Collaborate with finance, engineering, operations, contract, and program office functions for internal program reviews, chart development, and presentations. This Principal Cost, Schedule & Controls Analyst role within the Stinger Finance team at RTX requires U.S. citizenship and a background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field
- 5 years professional finance/accounting experience
- Advanced degree
- 3 years professional finance/accounting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint
- Experience supporting an Earned Value program or EV environment
- Experience with SAP APEX, PRISM, and BW
- Experience working in a DoD environment
