Job Summary
Lead a global cost optimization initiative as Principal Program Manager for HP's Personal System Operations (PSO). Establish and maintain a robust project-management framework across multiple workstreams (North America, Asia, Europe); drive cross-workstream updates and escalate issues to senior executives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with procurement, design, product marketing, engineering, and category teams; create high-quality executive communications to update progress and milestones. Provide strategic thought leadership to accelerate disposition of cost-optimization opportunities; enhance data visualization and storytelling to improve clarity and impact of insights; demonstrate strong executive communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, global environment. 10+ years of experience in related fields and a Bachelor's degree are recommended; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
