Principal Corporate Law & Corporate Financing (m/f/d)

Implement and develop group-wide corporate governance frameworks, including rules of procedure and approval structures. Manage cap table equity governance and coordinate shareholder committee work, director changes, and written resolutions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan agreements such as RCFs and syndicated loans, while supervising the entire financing lifecycle from amendments to refinancings. Fully German-qualified lawyer with 8+ years in corporate and financing law. Fluent in German and English with strong C-level negotiation skills.
