Job Summary
Plan mid-term management plans, manage portfolios, and design group governance structures to accelerate Rakuten Group's growth. Analyze group-wide primary issues and lead projects to solve them, while enhancing organizational capability and systemizing business processes for improved service quality. Design group organization structures and lead special mission projects to execute groupwide strategies. This role reports directly to the Group Executive Vice President, COO, within the General Planning Department. Candidates must possess 5+ years of corporate planning or project management experience and fluent Japanese proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of corporate planning in business company, or 5+ years experience of project management(not IT project) in consulting firm
- Business level English and native level Japanese
- Communication skills and negotiate skills
- Fluent Japanese proficiency

- Experience of implementing new business models
- Experience of project leading for enhancement of competitiveness, productivity, organizational capability
- Experience of operating board meeting, management meeting and other important events
- Experience of company-wide improvement project lead
