Job Summary
Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution for virtual and on-campus Students & Grads University Events while collaborating with University Leads. Manage the full candidate journey to ensure an exceptional experience, utilizing strong verbal and written communication to convey specific details across teams. Prioritize a high volume of work in ambiguous contexts, applying big-picture thinking to local execution while traveling 25-50% of the time during peak season. Support the team through the fast-paced recruiting season by identifying and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to communicate and collaborate across the organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and prioritize a high volume of work in ambiguous contexts
- A caring teammate, who is a hands-on partner and collaborator
- Someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has solid time management and prioritization skills
- Be expected to travel up to 25-50% of the time during the peak season to support in person events
- This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate event planning or project management
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience working in an agile environment
