Job Summary
Principal Contracts Consultant, Nuclear Fuel leads contract strategy for the Nuclear Fuel business segment at Westinghouse. Primary contact for sales activities and contract advisement during offer development, negotiations, and throughout the contract lifecycle. Located in Columbia, SC with a Hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include analyzing complex customer contracting requirements for commercial, legal, and technical risk; developing IP and proprietary information provisions to maximize value; supporting negotiations of contract terms, NDAs, licensing, teaming, master services or frame agreements, and commercial settlements; performing contract reviews and risk mitigation; assisting BU Sales with executive-level approvals; preparing contract summaries and risk assessments; coordinating resolution of contract issues with Legal & Compliance and business units; and analyzing contract trends to provide feedback to Legal & Compliance leads. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in contract analysis/management with T&C, risk/project management, engineering, or commercial sales disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 + years' experience in contract analysis, contract management, with terms and conditions (T&C), project / risk management, engineering or commercial sales disciplines.
- Knowledge of commercial contracting practices, risk assessment and mitigation.
