Job Summary
Lead contract review and management for the ANZ region, providing drafting guidance and commercial advice to ensure compliance and maximize business benefits. Support Sales and Marketing with contractual guidance, liaise with the Legal team, coach a team of Contract Specialists, manage contract templates and pricing-related tasks, and drive proactive contract management across assigned territories. Responsibilities include contract review and execution, negotiating terms, maintaining contract records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business issues while upholding Medtronic standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in law or business related discipline
