Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of scalable, customer-focused content strategies and storytelling for Adobe’s enterprise customers. Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives, support high-priority accounts and strategic deals, build modular, reusable content assets for multiple industries and regions, and partner with enablement teams to drive adoption of storytelling frameworks and assets. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration across DSG, enterprise sales, product marketing, and field teams, and the ability to deliver executive-level content and customer-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, and whitepapers. A strong emphasis on consistent quality, documentation, and the ability to craft industry-relevant narratives that accelerate sales momentum is essential. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 10+ years in related fields and experience in sales enablement and enterprise messaging strongly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications-related field (e.g., English, journalism, marketing)
- 10+ years of experience in content strategy, user-centered technical communications, enterprise messaging, product marketing, or related function
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives
- Proven experience developing executive-level content and customer-facing materials
- Experience working in cross-functional, global environments
- Self-starter with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
