Job Summary
Lead complex client engagements by overseeing large portfolios, driving business growth, and developing trusted executive relationships. Deliver traditional actuarial services including reserving, pricing, and capital modeling while modernizing delivery through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Mentor teams and identify opportunities to expand the practice's impact across the insurance ecosystem. Requires 10+ years of P&C actuarial consulting experience, proven business development skills, and proficiency in Python, R, or SQL. This hybrid role is based in satellite offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, or Houston, with flexibility to reside throughout the southeastern U.S.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance industry experience within Property & Casualty
- Proven business development experience, including generating new opportunities and expanding client relationships
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence diverse audiences
- Experience leveraging AI technologies, automation tools, or advanced analytics within actuarial or consulting environments
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools
- BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- ACAS or FCAS credential
