Job Summary
Lead and support end-to-end Temenos Transact (T24) R25 reimplementation initiatives by shaping target solutions across business and technical domains. Review technical designs, customizations, and deployment architectures while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture and Temenos standards. Drive collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into viable solutions, covering data migration, SIT/UAT phases, and go-live readiness. Provide guidance on integration architecture including APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems within agile delivery processes. This role offers high ownership and leadership visibility on large-scale transformation programs with exposure to modern banking architecture and cloud deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Temenos Transact / T24 implementation, upgrade, or reimplementation programs
- Strong expertise in Temenos technical architecture (core components, APIs, interfaces, extensibility framework)
- Proven experience in customization and extension design with minimal impact on core product
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST APIs, asynchronous events, middleware, batch processing)
- Experience with containerized environments, preferably Red Hat OpenShift
- Strong exposure to data migration strategies and testing phases (SIT/UAT)
- Deep understanding of core banking processes and Temenos functional capabilities
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to translate business requirements into technically viable Temenos solutions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Ability to think proactively and anticipate risks and solutions ahead of time
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and lead discussions across cross-functional teams
