Principal Consultant - Security

Job Summary
As a Principal Consultant in Security, you will be a senior technical leader responsible for delivering complex, multi-discipline projects while serving as a trusted subject matter expert. You will lead design efforts, ensure quality and high-performance project delivery, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trusted technical advice. The role involves mentoring and developing engineers, contributing to discipline documentation, and improving TEECOM’s systems and workflows. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience are required, along with strong skills in project delivery and technical decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services
- Strong discipline-specific capability
- Demonstrated experience delivering coordinated, high-quality designs
- Ability to lead discipline-specific portions of complex projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards
- Experience contributing to documentation updates
- Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub
