Job Summary
Lead complex transformation programmes from strategy through delivery, managing portfolios of client projects with accountability for resourcing, commercial performance, and risk. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, designing business cases, benefits realisation strategies, and facilitating workshops to drive sustainable change. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across government, health, and voluntary sectors to deliver better public services and smarter use of funding. Mentor future talent, coach consulting capability, and represent 4OC at industry events to support the growth of our Irish practice.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering complex transformation programmes within the public sector or related environments
- Strong programme and project leadership experience
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making
- Experience developing transformation strategies, business cases and benefits realisation approaches
- Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative leadership style with experience coaching and developing others
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities by building trusted relationships and demonstrating value
- The confidence to challenge constructively and support organisations through complex change
- Curiosity, resilience and a commitment to continuous learning
- A genuine passion for improving public services and creating better outcomes for residents and communities
- Currently based in the Republic of Ireland
- Have the legal right to work in Ireland
