Job Summary
Lead Strategic Enterprise Engagements by serving as the engagement lead for complex clients, applying deep industry expertise to architect tailored solutions that align with business goals. Conduct advanced analysis of client operations and data ecosystems to design scalable platform configurations, while operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders to guide strategic conversations. Collaborate with internal teams to produce design documentation, deliver customized training sessions, and manage client escalations to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement. Develop and apply scalable design frameworks that support consistency across diverse engagements, while proactively managing risk and mitigating issues through strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in client-facing, project-based software implementation
- Track record of leading complex enterprise engagements
- 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to build trust and deliver strategic value in high-stakes client environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and data architecture
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Collaborative mindset with experience supporting team development and cross-functional initiatives
- Self-directed and proactive with a commitment to excellence and client success
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field
- Experience with SQL or relational database concepts
- Demonstrated success in elevating delivery quality through collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Familiarity with DealCloud platform best practices and enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies
