Job Summary
Lead end-to-end insurance operations, underwriting, and claims transformation engagements across Hong Kong and APAC. Design and implement target operating models, process optimisation initiatives, and AI-enabled operational improvements across Life, Health, and General Insurance. Advise senior client stakeholders including COO, CUO, Head of Claims, and Operations leaders on transformation strategy and execution. Lead cross-functional programme delivery teams spanning consulting, technology, operations, data, and vendor partners. Contribute to business development, proposition development, thought leadership, and mentoring across the Insurance practice.
