Job Summary
Principal Consultant on Capco's Insurance team; responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight of large-scale insurance transformation initiatives, developing technology, people, and process solutions; leading multi-national project delivery, applying digital, data, and operational transformation to insurance (Life, Pensions, Health & Employee Benefits, General Insurance/Property & Casualty); driving strategy, KPIs, and a scaled agile execution model; engaging with clients and Capco leadership to grow the insurance pillar across Singapore and APAC; mentoring resources and supporting business development; requires deep experience in insurance digital transformation, project lifecycle, target operating model design, and strong stakeholder management; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and client-facing delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a specific focus on digital transformation across Operations, Underwriting, Distribution and/or Claims
- 6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, operational excellence, designing/implementing target operating model in Insurance
- Experience delivering large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams
- Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
