Job Summary
Lead large-scale NHS transformation programmes and deliver measurable operational and financial improvements across NHS Trusts, ICSs, and national bodies. Drive Cost Improvement and productivity programmes, ensure benefits realisation, and lead multidisciplinary project teams. Engage senior NHS stakeholders at Board/Executive levels, translate analysis into actionable change, and apply a range of improvement approaches including digital enablement and workforce/capacity optimisation to deliver lasting system-wide improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading NHS transformation programmes
- Delivery of operational and financial improvement within NHS organisations
- Experience with Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs) and productivity programmes
- Ability to work across NHS Trusts, ICSs and central bodies
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence Exec/Board levels
- Hands-on delivery experience in complex delivery environments
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to translate analysis into actionable change
- Experience with digital enablement, workforce optimization, and change management
