Job Summary
Lead client-facing environmental consulting projects in site investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance; manage project teams, delegate to office and field staff, and execute day-to-day activities; supervise contract terms, budgets, and risk management; drive business development with marketing support; prepare proposals and write environmental reports, ensuring QA/QC and regulatory compliance; leverage knowledge of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Federal environmental laws; recruit, train, mentor staff; ownership opportunities at senior/principal levels; strong written and oral communication, multitasking, and safety-minded approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
- 15 years’ experience of consulting experience with a demonstrated record of client engagement and retention
- Possess or have completed 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
- Knowledge of MPCA VIC & Voluntary Cleanup (VIC) Programs and CRP programs
- Experience with development, design, preparation, and management of environmental investigation, compliance, and remediation projects
