Job Summary
Lead large-scale DXP/CMS+ digital transformation programs as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders. Define digital visions, shape requirements, and ensure successful delivery across business and technology teams for one or more DXP products. Drive platform strategies and roadmaps for enterprise-grade ecosystems; lead and mentor other Product Owners, translate business needs into user stories and specs, facilitate workshops, and advise C-level stakeholders on opportunities and process optimization. Collaborate with Architects, UX/design, and Content teams to ensure delivery excellence and stay ahead of DXP trends with insights for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering large-scale DXP/CMS+ projects across multiple platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magnolia, Acquia)
- Strong consulting and product-ownership skills
- Ability to manage and influence C-level stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring consultants
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and discovery sessions
- Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Knowledge of digital experience platforms, content, UX/design, and modern digital ecosystems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to lead strategic digital platform roadmaps and align business and technology teams
