Job Summary
Plan and coordinate preparation of project documentation, including engineering drawings, production specifications, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effects on overall product and system, while interpreting Form DD-1423 requirements and validating Configuration and Data Management Statement of Work requirements. Manage supplier accounts for tracking, processing, and reporting of supplier data deliverables, working in a support capacity for the Supplier Management Team. Coordinate modification records for management control and interface with all levels of employees and management. This role supports Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Oklahoma City, focusing on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience
- Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
- PhD with 1 year of related experience
- 9 years of professional related work experience
- Experience with Configuration Management and Data Management principles / best practices to include management of contract and supplier data
- Experience following documented rules and guidelines to ensure technical content meets internal and customer requirements
- Experience with MIL-HDBK-61
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company
