Job Summary
Lead hardware Configuration Management activities for PCA within the CMDM organization (LADS). Serve as PCA Subject Matter Expert to understand PCA requirements, determine make/buy status, and ensure proper quality notes flow on POs. Prepare and deliver PCA Plan, CDRL, and Agenda; coordinate on-site PCA events and incremental virtual audits; review artifacts (FAIs, CoCs, variances, NCs, work instructions); manage PCA list/status; close action items; obtain PCA certification from IPT Lead and CM Lead; update PCA Plan and deliver PCA Summary Report. Requires collaboration with Ops/Supply Chain, scheduling, and data management in PDM/ Windchill; familiarity with CM processes, engineering interfaces, and DoD configuration management standards. Relocation eligible; on-site role in Andover, MA; salary range 86,800 - 165,200 USD; U.S. citizenship and security clearance prerequisites apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years relevant experience in configuration management
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in configuration management
- Experience with Windchill PDM or related tools
- Knowledge of EIA-649 and configuration management standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance (Active/required after day 1)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience interfacing with Hardware, Systems or Test Engineers
- Ability to manage PCA artifacts, CD RLs, and PCA events
