Job Summary
Principal Computer Systems Analyst - Windows to support classified government contracts on-site in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include Windows administration tasks across multi-user systems, coordinating with system engineers and IT/Cyber teams, reviewing customer requirements and recommending hardware/software, maintaining system reliability and security via installation, patching, monitoring, configuration management, and backup/recovery services; ensure compliance with Group Policy and security guidelines; develop technical documentation and support ServiceNow/JIRA ticketing; collaborate across software, firmware, and hardware domains; occasional after-hours work and up to 10% travel; lifting up to 50 pounds; on-site requirement due to classified work.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience
- Current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (or enrollment in the Continuous Evaluation program)
- Experience with Windows domains including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to work on-site in Baltimore, MD; travel up to 10% per description
- Must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Principal Computer Systems Analyst – IAT Level II (e.g., Security+CE)
