Job Summary
Lead design, development, and productionization of Xometry’s geometric reasoning stack and DFM AI integration. Own multi-year technical roadmap for B-Rep ingestion, healing, feature recognition, DFM analysis, and integration with partner ecosystems (Solid Edge, NX, Designcenter, Teamcenter) using Parasolid kernel. Implement and optimize production C++/Python code, establish precision and latency contracts, mentor Staff/Senior engineers, and drive partnerships across Product, Manufacturing, Pricing, and Operations. Drive external representation through conferences, standards bodies, and collaborations to strengthen the platform’s capabilities and recruiting. The role emphasizes real-time manufacturability feedback, pricing insights, and a scalable digital thread from ideation to manufactured parts.
