Job Summary

Advise IT, Marketing, Corporate Strategy, and other business units on compensation decisions for hiring, promotions, annual cycles, transfers, and retention. Evaluate compensation issues to recommend solutions balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and budget constraints. Lead complex projects including the annual cycle, Workday configuration, and global market range development using Salary.com. Analyze compensation data to prepare insights for executive audiences and model costs with Finance leadership. Ensure programs comply with pay transparency and equal pay laws while driving policy improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • experience consulting with senior business leaders
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Workday compensation module
  • Deep knowledge of global compensation program design
