Job Summary
Lead planning and execution for mega projects worldwide within the commissioning discipline, combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. Develop and implement commissioning strategies for large, complex projects, overseeing risk reviews and advising on system completion. Engage with clients to expand business opportunities while mentoring commissioning professionals. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity under pressure. Active contribution to business development and fostering a culture of safety and professional growth within teams is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 15-25+ years in commissioning
- Proven leadership on major capital projects (greater than $1B)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the main sectors (Metals, Energy, Infrastructure)
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in client engagement and business development
- Expertise in metals, energy, or infrastructure sectors
- Experience in operational readiness, asset management, or ramp-up services
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel, including to remote project sites
- Participation in site assignments may require fly-in/fly-out arrangements
