Principal Commercial Training Consultant

Job Summary
Develop and implement the annual commercial training plan for the entire business; design and develop a consistent commercial training system and content; deploy online and offline trainings in English and Mandarin; evaluate training effectiveness and report feedback to the business; support communication plans to enhance business engagement; manage the training budget to maximize ROI; collaborate with internal and external resources including global partners; handle related projects or tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Clinical Laboratory, Medical or business related major
- Ability in facilitation and consultation, training organization and strong in communication skills
- Good command of MS Office software applications
- Training expertise is desired; healthcare industry background is a plus
- Experience: At least 5 years similar experience in the relevant function
- Experience in project management with strong business acumen
- Experience in cross function collaboration and result driven for business impact
