Principal- Columbus Performance Academy Shepard

Principal and educational leader responsible for the administration of one Performance Academy school. Drives the mission, vision, and philosophy; leads curriculum, instruction, assessment, and staff evaluations; ensures compliance with district policies, state standards, and special education requirements. Oversees professional development, performance evaluations, and accountability for student achievement, enrollment, and parent satisfaction. Manages district-level communications, community engagement, school safety and security procedures, facility operations, and administrative functions including records, licensure compliance, and HR processes. Facilitates regular staff meetings, ensures effective use of district curriculum resources, and collaborates with academic coaches to align curriculum with district assessments. Maintains coordination with the Superintendent, sponsors/authorizers, and stakeholders to support school improvement and high instructional outcomes.
