Job Summary
Principal Clinical Programmer with expertise in Spotfire and Power BI will lead clinical programming activities across multiple concurrent studies. Responsibilities include designing, writing, validating, and maintaining software to meet study specifications; developing analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures; providing senior review of study-level and multi-study core deliveries; coordinating with sponsors, clients, and project teams; and ensuring timely delivery while monitoring budgets. Required skills include Medidata/Rave and Oracle Inform/RDC, SAS, SQL, Python, data visualization tools (Spotfire/Tableau/Power BI), ability to travel up to 25%, and strong communication in a matrix environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in programming
- Data Visualization experience in Spotfire/Tableau/PowerBI (useful)
- Experience with Python/SAS/SQL
- Clinical background experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Programming languages such as PL/SQL, SAS, C#, or VB (preferred)
