Job Summary

Principal Client Value Partner for Retail leads high-impact, enterprise-scale transformations by bridging business goals with Celonis Process Intelligence, Edge AI, and cloud technologies. You will guide Fortune 500 retail, CPG, and logistics clients from prototyping to production, develop business cases and AI roadmaps, deploy Process Mining Centers of Excellence, orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive measurable value including significant P&L and working capital improvements. Responsibilities include translating strategy to operations, targeting high-impact areas like procurement and inventory management, coordinating architecture reviews and executive workshops, delivering dashboards and automations, facilitating value-focused workshops, and ensuring responsible AI data practices while expanding global deployments and partnerships. The role requires deep industry experience, consulting leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in multi-national settings, with fluency in the modern supply chain stack and a customer-value-first mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience designing and operationalizing large-scale cloud, edge, and AI platforms
  • senior technical advisor to C-suite executives
  • experience with Process Intelligence software (Celonis)
  • experience delivering value realization and ROI for enterprise accounts
  • ability to map strategic goals to long-term vision and deploy Centers of Excellence
  • experience in procurement operations, inventory management, and store-level anti-shrink detection
  • experience with data models, dashboards, and automations
  • ability to lead process improvement workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • familiarity with modern supply chain stack (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS/WMS)
  • ability to manage multi-year deployments across multi-national clients
  • stakeholder management and leadership in consulting environments
  • ability to publish internally developed applications and enable customers to identify inventory levels and take corrective action
  • experience with IoT, computer vision, GPUs
  • cadence of workshops and executive-level communications
  • visionary capability to impact P&L through inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and cash flow improvement
