Job Summary
Lead end-to-end client delivery for Arcesium implementation projects in a senior client-leadership capacity, partnering with client executives (COO, CFO, CTO) to ensure alignment, governance, and successful production transitions. Own stakeholder management across complex organizations, guiding onboarding of new stakeholders, and delivering post-go-live support. Drive documentation discipline to capture decisions, scope changes, and rationale. Bring deep experience in data migration/legacy transitions and a track record of transforming client engagements from sales to delivery with clear outcomes. Requires strong written communication and ability to tailor messages for executive, narrative, and timeline formats.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise software implementation delivery
- at least 5 years in a client-facing leadership role
- experience leading complex client engagements with multi-stakeholder alignment
- track record of managing the transition from sales to implementation
- documentation discipline with rigorous records
- experience with data migration and legacy system transitions
- comfortable navigating organizational change on the client side
- strong written communication skills for multiple representations
