Job Summary
Prepare or review discipline project specifications, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documents for pre-engineered steel buildings, structural steel, and subcontracts. Develop site plans, grading, and foundation details while performing calculations for runoff, erosion control, and structural elements. Coordinate with client personnel to ensure scope of work aligns with project specifications and proposals. Accept short and extended term assignments to the site or client's office as requested. Requires 8+ years of pipeline facility experience, a PE license, and proficiency with RISA 3D and Foundation 3D. Required Qualifications
- Typically 8+ years experience focusing on pipeline facilities
- In depth knowledgeable of industry standards and codes published by ACI, IBC, AISC, ANSI, etc.
- Knowledge of civil/ structural engineering analysis & design computer programs like RISA 3D, Mat 3D, Foundation 3D, LPile etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials
- Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
