Job Summary
Lead a team of engineers and project managers to oversee design, permitting, and compliance for residential, commercial, and public development projects in Woodinville, WA or Kent, WA. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and client relations; preparing technical reports, contracts, and cost estimates; and developing new business opportunities while cultivating client relationships. Must have a BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred), PE license, 15+ years of land-development experience, and strong technical and leadership abilities with Civil 3D proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 15+ years of engineering and management experience in land development
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D
- Experience with permitting strategies and land use codes
