Job Summary
Design and continuously refine the regional operating model, establishing clear ways of working, principles, and accountability across Sales, Marketing, Merch, Planning, and Supply Chain. Own seasonal orchestration and CODE integration by driving agendas, sourcing inputs, and tracking actions to ensure strong execution across key gates and deadlines. Enable business efficiency through repeatable processes and integrated operations offense, supporting readiness, launches, and performance via weekly, monthly, and seasonal business reviews. Partner with the Regional GM and leadership squad to foster a diverse, collaborative culture while actively contributing to the GC Business Integration community to share best practices and coach peers. Requires a Bachelor's degree, professional experience leading transformational programs, and exceptional facilitation skills in a matrixed environment. At NIKE, Inc., this role demands strategic communication, cross-functional influence, and the ability to embrace change while driving clarity and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- Professional experience leading transformational programs across multiple functions and/or business units
- preferably with consultant experience
- Exceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
- Experience working in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer
- Strategic communicator driving clarity and alignment
- Excellent collaborator and ability to influence cross functionally
- project management skills leveraging tools to manage process and workflow
- Strong Keynote skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
