Job Summary
Principal Change Management role leading strategic change across Fortescue's Asset and Materials Management (AMM) portfolio in the Pilbara and Perth operations. Drives development and execution of change strategies for business transformation, operational improvement and technology initiatives; aligns AMM with operations, technology, supply chain and other groups; advises senior leaders on adoption risks and stakeholder readiness; shapes change approach for complex initiatives; establishes governance, frameworks and standards; influences cross-functional decisions; builds leader capability to lead change and enable sustainable benefits realisation; travels to site operations as needed; requires strong change leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical change plans.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading strategic change in complex, multi-site or cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to shape change strategy, influence senior leaders and align stakeholders across business groups
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience establishing change frameworks, governance and ways of working across a portfolio of initiatives
- Excellent ability to coach, influence and support leaders to embed sustainable change
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Demonstrated experience managing change linked to process improvement, operating model change or technology implementation
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into practical change plans that support operational outcomes
- Flexibility to travel to site operations when needed
