Job Summary
Lead and manage Change Management efforts for large, complex global IT transformation programs while providing senior-level delivery leadership. Strengthen the OCM community by developing best practices and innovative topics, then design and sustain service offerings to support client change strategies. Drive business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations with a first-rate client network. Build go-to-market strategies, anticipate market needs, and act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders to identify and convert sales opportunities. Mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice and contribute to thought leadership and new tool development. Requires 6-10 years of senior consulting experience, PROSCI certification, and 50-80% travel to EMEA.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years consulting experience at a senior level
- Business transformation and change management experience
- Proven track record of successful business development across all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management and RFP / proposal creation
- Experience in Digital Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all aspects of client engagements
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project-related mobility (EMEA)
- Willingness to travel (50-80% of time)
- PROSCI certified
