Job Summary
Lead CFO Advisory engagements for a fast-growing advisory CPA firm, guiding CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Leaders through technical accounting support, audit, transaction, and IPO readiness. Partner with firm leadership to serve clients, mentor staff, and help develop client relationships and repeat business. Deliver insights through analysis of financial operations, enhance performance of financial operations, and contribute to engagement leadership—managing cross-functional teams, ensuring client profitability, and providing strategic guidance to improve financial reporting and business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's in accounting, 15+ years in public accounting/audit/finance process consulting, strong GAAP/SEC knowledge, IPO experience a plus, and demonstrated leadership and client-service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- master’s or advanced degree desirable
- CPA or CFA preferred
