Job Summary

Principal responsible for aligning accountability plans with financial goals and performance standards, coordinating instructional materials with curriculum goals, supporting collaboration across grade levels and subjects, and ensuring student achievement meets NC Accountability measures. Leads a collaborative, values-driven school culture, inspires students, families, staff, and community, and guides the administrative team in planning faculty meetings, School Improvement Team discussions, and local professional development while supervising the discipline program.
