Job Summary
Provide design and technical leadership to deliver innovative architectural solutions and oversee project delivery from design through construction administration. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and firm standards while guiding clients through long-term planning. Drive business growth by building strong client relationships, leading RFQs and RFPs, and collaborating on proposals. Support financial health through budgeting, planning, and project performance monitoring. Mentor staff to foster a high-performance environment within the Education practice across Carolina markets. Requires 10-15+ years of architecture experience with 7+ years in K-12 and South Carolina licensure.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in architecture
- At least 7+ years of K-12 experience
- Professional degree from an accredited architectural program
- South Carolina architectural licensure
- Prior experience working with the Office of School Facilities (OSF)
