Job Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC solutions for global and regional projects, performing configuration and support activities across sales order processing, ATP, pricing, tax calculation, billing, shipping, and service management. Act as the primary point of contact for interfaces with satellite systems such as SAP C4C, Salesforce, E-Commerce, and middleware platforms. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and recommend enhancements. Serve as Level 3 support for SAP OTC enhancements, participate in upgrades and migrations, and coordinate with IT teams for testing, documentation, and user training. Provide post-go-live support and ensure effective knowledge transfer. Requires 8+ years of SAP experience and strong cross-module integration knowledge.
Required Qualifications

- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OTC solutions for global and regional projects
- Perform configuration and support activities across OTC components, including: Sales order processing, ATP, pricing, tax calculation, billing, shipping, serial number management, repair service sales, rebates, variant configuration, credit management, service (CS) and integration with MM, FICO, WM
- Act as the primary point of contact for interfaces with satellite systems such as SAP C4C, Salesforce, E-Commerce, and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Business Technology Leaders to gather requirements and align SAP solutions with business objectives
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new functionalities to improve efficiency
- Serve as Level 3 support for SAP OTC enhancements and support teams
- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and rollout projects in global environments
- Provide technical expertise on SAP-related projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with IT teams and business users for testing, documentation, and user training
- Provide post-go-live support and ensure effective knowledge transfer to support teams
- Strong expertise in SAP OTC (ECC) best practices and configuration
- 8+ years of SAP experience
- Solid understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FICO, WM)
- Experience creating functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials
- Proficiency in data migration tools (LSMW) and SAP data analysis using Excel
- Familiarity with ABAP concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to take and follow directions and instructions
- Ability to interact with other employees, customers, suppliers, vendors, or the public, in a safe, professional, and respectful manner
