Job Summary
Lead and own Oracle EBS Finance, Hyperion Planning and related ERP/EPM integrations; serve as the functional owner and strategic leader for Oracle Financials initiatives; partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT to ensure accurate, scalable, and controlled financial systems; manage end-to-end data integrity, data flows, and reconciliation; define and drive the functional roadmap, upgrade initiatives, and data governance; oversee design, integration, validation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization across Oracle EBS R12 Financials and Hyperion Planning; ensure SOX ITGC alignment and audit readiness; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning; travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (Financials-focused Business Analyst or techno-functional role)
- Experience in highly regulated and SOX-controlled environments
- Understanding of GAAP
- Strong understanding of financial processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and financial close in a multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional environment
- Proven experience with Hyperion Planning / Oracle EPM (planning models, data integrations, forecasting processes)
- Hands-on experience with ERP-to-EPM data integration (GL extracts, metadata data validation flows)
- Experience supporting or leading Oracle R12 upgrade initiatives
- Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, or global ERP implementations, integrations, or subsidiary onboarding initiatives
- Working knowledge of enterprise integrations (ADP, banking, reporting systems, etc.)
- Strong SQL/data analysis capability to validate and troubleshoot financial data flows
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability and willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed
