Job Summary
Lead end-to-end business analysis for SAP SD / Order-to-Cash workstreams within large transformation programs. Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize process and capability needs, aligned to business strategy and the broader IT landscape. Drive requirements elicitation and documentation, provide thought leadership on OTC process optimization, and support multi-country rollouts. Ensure alignment to global process standards while supporting regional compliance. Collaborate with functional and technical teams, coordinate cross-functional requirements, and facilitate workshops. Drive continuous improvement of analysis artifacts and support delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in SAP OTC / SD within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience working in a global ERP environment.
- Experience leading and mentoring business analysts.
- Proven experience owning requirements for complex initiatives.

- Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
- Proven ability to understand business needs and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with integrations (e.g., IDocs/APIs).
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.

- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team.
