Job Summary
Conceive, implement, and continuously improve lead-steering mechanisms and sales processes. Build, scale, and optimize sales funnels while developing new growth initiatives. Analyze performance, funnel, and process KPIs to derive data-driven action recommendations. Steer and optimize operational business processes, identifying inefficiencies to implement sustainable improvements. Collaborate closely with C-level and cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute strategic projects. Required Qualifications
- 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem leistungsstarken Startup, Scale-up oder einer Unternehmensberatung
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Operations oder der Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Projekte mit hoher Umsetzungskompetenz
- Erfahrung in der Analyse, Optimierung und Skalierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität und operativer Exzellenz
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf Muttersprachenniveau
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Berührungspunkte zu Sales, Revenue Operations oder Performance Management
