Job Summary
Conduct strategic spectrum and network transaction processes by identifying opportunities, performing quantitative analysis, and leading negotiations with carriers and private equity firms. Evaluate secondary market deals, manage FCC filings, and drive bid strategies for primary spectrum auctions while collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams. Resolve complex deal structures and recommend valuation approaches to initiate investment decisions. This role requires in-office presence most days and involves minimal travel for partner meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate development, corporate strategy or business development
- Strong financial analysis and valuation savvy
- Strong business sense with constructive and proactive approach to problem solving
- Robust analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in valuation
- Advanced proficiency in business case development
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Ability to lead complex, interdependent deal discussions
- Ability to balance multiple projects in results driven environment
