Job Summary

Evaluate and negotiate secondary market spectrum transactions, including purchases, swaps, and divestitures, with wireless carriers and private equity firms. Lead transaction negotiations, manage inside and outside counsel for deal documentation, and support FCC filings. Develop and deliver company strategy for primary sourced spectrum through FCC auctions, while evaluating network asset acquisitions and partnerships. Conduct financial and technical analysis, perform due diligence cross-functionally, and drive contract negotiations to achieve desired transaction outcomes. This role requires being in office most days and involves leading cross-functional teams across Roaming, Engineering, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate development, corporate strategy or business development
  • Strong financial analysis and valuation savvy
  • Strong business sense with constructive and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in valuation
  • Advanced proficiency in business case development
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead complex, interdependent deal discussions
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in results driven environment
  • Ability to balance value creation, risk, and deal execution
  • Proven ability to build and foster senior-level relationships (internal and external)
  • Ability to find opportunities and advance transaction discussions

  • Experience in fast-paced results-driven, entrepreneurial or deal focused environment (Corp Dev, investment banking, venture capital)
  • Wireless industry experience
