Job Summary
Principal Consultant in Events Business Consulting at Veeva BC, leading the largest and most complex global projects, driving strategic growth through business development (> $1M+ deals), and mentoring high-performing consulting teams. Focus on reshaping operating models for Events (Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, Congresses), integrating events into the end-to-end commercial journey, and delivering measurable business value. Develop and champion thought leadership in Events-led HCP engagement, advise C-suite stakeholders using Veeva’s data and software, and contribute to a fast-growing, global team. Requires 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting, deep HCP engagement expertise, and a Bachelor's degree or higher. Work anywhere with option to work from home or office; base salary range $120,000–$250,000 with potential additional compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
- Deep domain knowledge in HCP engagement strategy, HCP educational programs, commercial operations and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
- Leadership experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
