Job Summary
Define innovative building design, engineering, and management strategies for Autodesk's largest customers to maximize investment value. Lead facilitated workshops to identify solution opportunities, drive alignment on solution paths, and deliver Customer Success Plans. Shape the Autodesk Consulting service offering by interfacing with thought leaders and participating in the development of new offerings. Track solution value, document customer investment impact, and mentor junior staff in change management and strategic thinking. Advise on project estimation and participate in business development activities while traveling 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the Buildings industry
- Focus on the development, management and/or delivery of digital design, engineering, and management solutions across a business enterprise

- Must have a solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes
- Must have a solid working knowledge of how to operate under structured project management
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience conducting workshops
- Experience facilitating meetings
- Experience delivering effective presentations to teams and customers
- Ability to break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Ability to travel internationally

- Autodesk products highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Building design, engineering, construction, and management industry practices

- Advanced experience developing and enabling workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners
- Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 (all modules)
- Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products such as Revit
- Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products such as Autodesk Navisworks
- Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products such as Civil3D
- Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products such as Infraworks

- Experience in developing and sustaining a digital design and delivery solution portfolio
